A TIE THAT BINDS by Alexis Stiteler
Prospect Refuge Gallery is pleased to present A Tie That Binds, a new exhibition by artist Alexis Stiteler, featuring work created in close collaboration with a medley of regional makers.
Rooted in material honesty and shared authorship, the exhibition explores how objects carry memory, labor, and connection across time. Working alongside local fabricators and craftspeople who share a commitment to responsible sourcing and process-driven making, Stiteler treats collaboration as central to the work itself. Furniture and objects become quiet sites of exchange (between artist and maker, past and present) expanding the language of collectible design through a distinctly regional lens.
